We met Kerry in April 2008 when we contracted him about some listing on MLS around Candle Lake. Since we were from Edmonton Kerry set up a number of viewings for us, but the properties were too far from town for our liking. This gave Kerry an idea of what were were looking for. He then went out of his way to start looking for acreages outside Candle Lake. Kerry found a couple of properties, with one standing out. He took his wife for a woman's perspective and took some pictures and emailed them to us. We both fell in love with the place.
