For more than 30 years, Duane Braaten has been involved in many different aspects of real property. He began with building homes as a youth and graduated with a Journeyman’s status is carpentry.

Since 1998 he has owned and operated Advantage Real Estate, a successful independent brokerage firm. Along with earning his professional appraiser (AACI) in 2000, he specializes in Residential, Commercial, Investment, New Construction, Land Developments, Lake Properties as well as leasing. Market areas include Prince Albert, Birch Hills, Emma, Christopher and Candle Lake.

Residing year round in a part time capacity in the Candle Lake Area, Duane has enjoyed Candle Lake since the 1960's and enjoys the fishing, beaches and sailing opportunities that a large lake of Candle's size offers.

As being past President of the Prince Albert Real Estate Board in 2004 and 2007, his on-going professional commitment to his clients and the real estate industry, enables him to be one of the Candle Lake's top producers.
